Open the Command Center, go to your AI employee's knowledge tab, and add, replace, or remove files. The change takes effect immediately on every connected channel.
In the Command Center, edit the plain-language instructions for that AI employee — for example, tone, what to do when it doesn't know an answer, or when to hand off to a human.
From your account billing page you can change plan, update payment details, and download invoices. For tier questions, see the pricing page or contact support.
