The terms that apply when you use AppDeen's AI employees and agents, and how we handle actions taken on your behalf.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of appdeen.ai and the AppDeen product (together, the "Service"), operated by AppDeen ("AppDeen," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.
You need an account to use the Service. A workspace belongs to a company or team; members you invite share that workspace but not each other's individual credentials. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@appdeen.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.
AppDeen's AI employees and agents act only on the instructions you or your workspace give them. Before taking an action that spends money or grants access to a service or credential, an agent will show you that action for approval rather than carry it out silently. You remain responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing approvals before you confirm them.
You may connect AppDeen to third-party services (for example email, calendar, document, or advertising platforms) so an agent can act on them for you. You are responsible for having the right to connect each service you authorize — for instance, that you are permitted to grant access to a company account — and for that service's own terms. You can disconnect a service at any time, which revokes the credential AppDeen holds for it.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; send unsolicited bulk communications; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation; or use an agent to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of this section.
You own the content you submit to the Service — your conversations, files, and workspace data — and the output your agents produce for you. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us only the limited right to process that content as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout, in the currency stated there. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. We may change our fees with notice before your next billing cycle; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the new fees.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control, including outages at a provider we depend on.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppDeen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or with reasonable notice for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in AppDeen's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If you need the specific jurisdiction for a legal matter, contact us at the address below.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. The "Effective date" above reflects the version currently in force.
